Usually AC Adaptor’s guarantee operating temperature is 0℃~40℃ and it can’t  work well at lower or higher temperature

condition than guarantee operation temperature.This caused some inconvenience: 

  • Communication devices may set up too high or too low temperature environment such as on the ceiling , under the direct sunlight or near the chilly window.
  • Most of netcom equipment install to railway vehicle , houces,factory or shopping mall etc. .If equipment stop suddenly,it will be a troubles for the users.  

Some hot or cold countries, their environment temperature range is wide such as Saudi Arabia , Singapore, Korea, Japan and Russia, Northern Europe/US etc.. In order to meet these countries condition, we designed SU series AC Adaptor to guarantee product can work well when Environment Temperature Range between -20to 60.
