Would like to know about lead time?

We do not have an inventory of any AC adapters. Instead we custom-make all our parts based on the customer specifications. The following is the standard lead time counted from the date we receive the purchase order at the factory.

Standard model 45 days + logistics period
New model 60 days + logistics period

When the delivery date is emphasized

When considering the delivery date of the AC adapter, please feel free to contact our sales staff first. In some cases we can have surplus inventory of our standard model AC adapters. In these cases new and existing customers can have instant delivery. We will be happy to customize the details so please tell our sales staff.  We will work with you so that we can respond with a shorter lead time if possible.

For custom specs

If your specifications for the AC adapter have extensive changes, we often have to develop and evaluate as a new model. In such a case, delivery will be comparable with using standard products, but we are working to shorten the delivery time as much as possible from our extensive experience.

In case of parts designation

Restrictions on parts used may be subject to internal regulations.  We will reach out to you if there is a designation.  We will be able to shorten parts purchase lead time, especially by allowing us to select parts as much as possible.

Reduction of lead time by preordering parts

During development of new models, it is possible to consider arranging parts with long lead time based on your annual order quantity (quarterly forecast). For specific methods, please feel free to contact our sales representative.
